This technique helps you recommit to the goal and think about ways to address the barriers.
Finally, speaking about what you wish for yourself in six months and five years can help you take steps today to achieve the goal.
The videos themselves are 10 minutes long and have customisable unlock dates. Future self-video journals, or time capsules, have been proven to be an incredibly effective, stigma-free method of helping people feel happier, more fulfilled, and more hopeful.

Journaling is a tool as old as time. For millennia, people have used journaling as a way to lay out their private thoughts, regrets, and dreams without the scrutiny of their peers.
